Recipe for Cold Bean Salad
I am a girl who loves all of the seasons. I am a girl who loves food! When the spring sunlight lingers long in the afternoon and new grass is fresh with color, I am ready to be outside. For me being outside includes eating outside. This simple cold bean salad recipe is a perfect side to travel with to the lake, the park or own backyard. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Garbanzo Beans (or 1 can)
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Hominy or White Beans (or 1 can)
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Kidney Beans (0r 1 can)
1 Can Sliced Black Olives
1 Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Orange Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Garbanzo Beans (or 1 can)
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Hominy or White Beans (or 1 can)
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Kidney Beans (0r 1 can)
1 Can Sliced Black Olives
1 Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Orange Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
Drain and rinse beans. Cut bell peppers into small pieces. Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
